Admission to Amen Theological Seminary is based solely on the student's ability to satisfactorily complete the academic requirements. Other factors include the individuals Christian experience, call to ministry, and moral character. An enrollment application form is provided online.

Enrollment Procedures

All enrollment information may be obtained from this site. All official enrollments require:

9. Validation higher degree Certificate (B.Th, M.Th, M.Div)

Credit Transfers

ATS accepts credits from approved Colleges or Seminaries. A minimum grade of "C" will be accepted.
If you want to join with any Master Degree courses you need to take B.Th degree program. Potential students with extensive ministerial experience may be granted credits based on their experience. Life experience credits may only be counted up to 25% of a total degree program. Students are required to satisfactorily complete all prerequisites and required courses regardless of Life Experience credit.

Student Evaluations

After receiving the application from the Prospective students, the faculty team evaluate the application and send the eligibility confirmation with user ID & Password

All applications are subject to approval.

Types of Payment

• ATS accepts cash, credit card or check payments.

• If You don’t have a credit Card , please  see the following instructions of recommendations.

  1.Send admission Fee with the First Semester Fee (It avoids the delay of admission and the postal or money transfer charges)

  2.Easy Payment mode :You may use UAE Exchange/Western Union/ Money Gram or any other Exchange banks of your choice for the money transfer  (Email us  the Confirmation No)

  3.All Students  residing outside India are considered as  International Students are required to pay the fee accordingly.

  4.   International Students :- All international applicants are requested to pay the fees as mentioned on the website. Convert  Dollar equivalent to  equivalent amount of Indian Rupees and send to the address mentioned below.  (Eg. For an Admission Fee of  $25.00 – Convert to India Rupees = $25 x 42.00 =RS. 1125.00 )

Rules & Regulation

1.      Every course is arranged as semesters which have six months in each.

2.      After the 4^th month of every semester, you have an option to appear for exams.

3.      If you successfully complete the exam in a semester, you are permitted to enter into the next semester.

4.      You  are permitted to join the next semester, only if you pay the particular  semester fee.

5.      We strongly recommend that you appear for the exams only if you are well prepared.

6.      If you fail in any subject ,you can re-appear for  the exam after paying  for that particular subject.

7.      You must complete the  semester exam within the semester period itself .

8.      And if you fail to do that, you have to pay the re-admission fee for that semester to continue.

9.      Once you re-join the semester ,you are required to complete the semester within 2 months.

10.  If you choose  to write exams in Malayalam ,you have to change the option of language in your personal details page and you are permitted to do so only once. There is no permission to change the language in each subject. 

11.  You will be receiving the mark list and the Certificate after completing the course and there is a fee required for that.  

12.  You can also receive the transcript after paying the fee.It can be mailed to you if you choose so.      

13.  The certificates will be distributed during the graduation ceremony, which will be conducted every year in the month of January.  The certificates can be mailed to you if you are not able to attend the graduation ceremony.

14.  Only the students those who complete their courses before December 31^st, can attend the graduation ceremony in January.

All the notes and the library books which are available online on ATS website have copyright.  You are not  allowed to distribute them to others.  If you fail to follow the rules, ATS can take actions.
